eCommerce Channel Development Manager NE

Adding to our capability as a key market player in Europe, we are seeking an eCommerce Channel Development Manager NE to support the development of our Integrated Payments Program in Northern Europe.

Applicants for this position should have a good knowledge of the eCommerce value chain, main players and be comfortable explaining the value proposition of Elavon’s gateway and associated products.

Applicants should also be comfortable in owning the Partner from identification to contract signature including negotiating and contracting on the best terms whilst ensuring the partner realizes value in the partnership and is motivated to choose Elavon as their preferred partner for payments. The ideal candidate would have knowledge of payment, vertical awareness, experience and insight in to the ecosystem for electronic payments and money transfer industry as well as planning and market development skills and experience.

The role holder is expected to source and win new partners to continually improve the breadth of capability Elavon can offer its customers and in that continue to support the individual business line market growth objectives through agreed commercial and product partnerships across the territory.

 

Specific responsibilities

  • Identification of New Partners (heavily weighted), further development and management of our strategic Technology relationships from a business and commercial perspective
  • Management structure program for Partners
  • Commercial framework / referral basis

  • Contract management / Vendor Management
  • Experience of working in a Goals, objective and KPI process based environment
  • Market Development and GTM planning
  • Input into Product steering and value proposition creation

  • Partner Performance and objectives
  • Promotion, communication and Marketing promotion of Partner

 

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience in eCommerce
  • Strong relationship management, sales and business development
  • Ideally a qualification in technology, or equivalent work experience
  • Basic Financial acumen and understanding of ROI, revenue v cost benefit aware.

 

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Experience in the Acquiring Payments Industry
  • Partner and product management experience
  • Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to orientate large complex organizations
  • Language skills an advantage
  • Prior experience in a PSP or related company in Payments supply chain.
  • Awareness or working experience of a matrix organization
